I recently purchase DX 10 Scenery Fixer and all I get is a black screen on "Free Flight" aircraft preview and after launch the screen is black FSX "not responding"' I do not have SweetFX or ENB, FXAA is not enabled in NI. 

Did you try dx10 preview before installing the libraries? If not uninstall the libraries from dx10sf and try running with dx10 preview enabled.

Tried preview a long time ago, it was fine and only one GPU. Uninstalled the libraries and no difference. Un-ticked DX10 preview and screen is now ok.  I sure hope there is a solution for this, thanks for your time.

 

I just deleted my FSX.cfg and ran the DX 10 preview, Black Screen. This is strange.

Looks like a video driver issue, or your Direct X needs updating.

Check out the AVSIM CTD Guide located to the right of this forum under Hot Spots.  It has one recommendation to delete and rebuild your scenery indexes and shader folders -

 

Delete/Rebuild your Facilities/Scenery Indexes and Shader Folders – Periodically delete your Facilities/Scenery Indexes located in Program Data/Microsoft/FSX.  Delete the Facilities and Scenery folders.  Delete the Shader folders located in AppData/ (your user name)/Local/Microsoft/FSX/Shader10 and Shader folders. When you restart FSX, these folders will be rebuilt.

 

You should also try rebuilding your FSX.cfg by renaming it and then restarting FSX and letting the config rebuild.  Most likely it is a problem within your FSX.cfg.  A lot of people throw in tweaks and they simply do not work properly.

Checked DX. it is up to date. Video driver is not, NVIDIA 332.21

Pointless checking DX in windows it only shows latest version. Go to microsoft and download DXwebinstaller and run it. Irt will make sure you have all the latest dx including 9 and 10.

All is well in the DX 10 world now. Replacing my ShadersHLSL folder fixed it, go figure. Many thanks to everyone who tried to help. Steve is a great guy, he offered to refund the money if I couldn't get DX 10 to work, thank you but not necessary.
