i prefer using a very convenient free service for posting images http://postimage.org/

it is the simplest way i found to post images, brows to your local image; wait few seconds for the upload to complete,

then you will have below the codes you need to paste in your post for them to show,

you can use the "Direct link" code; if you want to post a full image preview;

or the first "Thumbnail for Forums" option if you want to post a preview link,
