I know there are some bad reviews about the carenados phenom, how the systems aren't in depth enough. You truly are missing out on one amazing plane.... enjoy

Although I'm not a jet advocate (honest airplanes have propellers I always say) these are some nice shots indeed.  Enjoy your jet :-)

Nice shots!  How is it on frame rates?  I heard it was like their Cirrus SR22 and not optimized very well.

Thank you I appreciate it p3d is awesome and at 20+ frames it's incredibly smooth

My system specs are as follows

3.64 i7 cpu that can overclock

Geforce gtx 780ti

8 gigs ram

Out of Denver I will get an easy 30 with settings maxed except for building auto gen which are set at dense and cloud shadows at half.

The phenom is hard on frames but it is so worth it when you see the sun reflect off the cockpit

Plus as a RL pilot the systems aren't that bad I know people want everything model led but it's pointless when the sim doesn't randomly simulate failures in my opinion, and the g1000 isn't that bad. So honestly it's a lovely plane and it's a joy to fly

Thanks for the info.  I also really like P3DV2 and find it smooth on my system.

is the scenery (e.g. sun) default weather/environ) or an add on?

So I'm using Rex 4, orbx global, Vector, Gabriels sun mod. And it's still smooth. I have been loving it

really, not one stutter, your shots are totally awesome, and thanks, for the mini review, well done

I know it seems crazy but man if you go from fsx to p3d it is night and day difference between how incredibly smooth it is, for lack of a better term I would say fluid. I was skeptical about p3d forever I just purchased it last week because I have fsx set up to my liking but ever since I have been flying nothing but p3d, in fsx I would get bored with one plane and move on to the next with p3d I have been flying this one plane and haven't even thought about changing yet due to the fact that I have never experienced this fluidity before in a sim and as far as stutters I will never say never or always because that's impossible but I would give it a 96% on the smooth side
