PMDG 777 DVD

Featured Replies

Dear PMDG,

First, THANK YOU for an amazing product.  I have learned so much with the 737NGX!!  I feel I am ready to graduate to the 777.  I purchased the 737NGX through fspilotshop.com and was able to buy the DVD and install it that way.  fspilotshop.com did not give me an option for download, and they do not seem to have available the PMDG 777 for purchase, download or DVD.  Where can I purchase a PMDG 777 (LR/F) DVD?  I like having a hard copy for future re-install purposes.

Thank you for your help!

Download the installer from PMDG. When Windows ask whether to you want to run or save it, click on save. Hopefully your saves go to Downloads. If not use save as and select the downloads folder. Burn it to a DVD, save it on an external drive or thumbdrive an there is your hard copy if you ever need it in the future.

Back to the point - your shop does not offer 777 in DVD flavour, because there isn't one as of yet.

Traditionally, PMDG boxed products come after the release bugs are corrected with an SP. This time around it took a lot longer than it did with previous product, but then that is also a testament to the quality of the original product... The SP should be out in next two or three weeks or so, and I suppose we will see DVDs being prepared soon after.
