Can the 777 be used on multiple PCs?

Featured Replies

I just wondered if the 777 could be used on multiple PCs as my old system is going to be left at my parents home and my new system at my apartment but I'd like to have the 777 on both as I come home from college some weekends and its a good time to get some flying in.

I tried to search for this and the manual doesn't say if it can be activated on two PCs or not.

Thanks David.

Thought it was in there somewhere, but you're allowed 2 PCs for personal use only from what I remember.

You can also deactivate licence on 1 pc and install on another one. So PMDG is sure, only 1 person is using this licence.

Kind regards,

Here's a quote from the EULA (I won't attempt to interpret it and I have not more closely looked at the rest of the EULA.)

You should be able to find it in a readme in your PMDG 777X install directory.

Well I wont be flying the plane at the same time on both PC's since they are about 150 miles apart so I guess I'm good?

If you have a second licence from pmdg it should be OK. On the other hand... if you just do that and only YOU are using the product thinking realistically... it shouldn't bother pmdg at all.

Why not ask PMDG about this - it is after all PMDG's forum?
