I am a big fan of BOAC, however I couldn't find a repaint for it so I decided to do one myself(my first repaint), how can I merge the blue and yellow bands from the side of the fuselage to the bottom(circled in the pics), do I need to guesstimate or there is a proper way to do it?

guesstimate, load (I use ModelConverterX, has some artifacts, but WAY faster than reloading the sim), fix, export, reload, fix, export, reload... ad nauseam.

Pressing the 'V' key while in the sim will automatically take a screenshot (or, if you're on Win7, there's the snipping tool).

 

...much better than taking a picture of a screen.
