July 9, 201411 yr Ray and Ron, You're both right. It was a holiday weekend, a looong one but that didn't shut the automation policy down. Any key requests that came in, in the correct format would've been issued and I can't imagine that taking longer than what the internet speed is at that moment. And again you're right... contact me ([email protected]) or John ([email protected]) with issues. As an aside, I've seen many products here of late that have key limitations of 10. At 10 you're done, you have to purchase the software again. JDTLLC's limit is higher but face it, there are those few who try to get "what ain't theirs" every day. Shame really. Eventually it leads to inconvenience and annoyance for everyone. For anyone who cares, my granddaughter is now 100% cancer-free ! Doug
July 9, 201411 yr Moderator Hi Doug, First things first. That's really good news about your granddaughter. For one so young to be blighted with such a horrible disease is awful but great strides have been made in recent years in treating cancer. I'm very pleased for all your family that she's now in remission. Regarding the key limit I cannot comprehend why anyone would ever exceed it except those who constantly change their hardware. One point worth noting is that if you change the UAC setting in Windows 7 that will trigger a new key requirement. That does seem odd if the hardware hasn't changed but it's worth bringing to people's attention. Ray (Cheshire, England).
