July 11, 201411 yr Don't forget to add any 'commision' your card company may charge for a purchase in $US. It can sometimes work out cheaper to buy the boxed version from a UK supplier - if you can wait that long! Andy Lawton
July 11, 201411 yr yep as said that's what it is for me in France with euros the payment is in $ so I get a payment of the equivalent at the time of purchase in euros, and then a separate payment usually a day or two after with the associated fee, usually a few euros on this kind of price.
