July 16, 201411 yr Hi. While starting up PMDG MD11 for forst time, it asks for permission to load various gauges. I accidentally pressed no on one of the boxes when it asks permission to load a gauge. Is this bad?
July 16, 201411 yr You should be able to delete all those loaded gauges from your FSX.cfg, and it'll re-ask you upon restart of FSX. Alfredo Terrero
July 16, 201411 yr Either delete your fsx.cfg (depending if you lots of tweaks) or just the references to the plane contained within and it will ask you again on next start up like Alfredo said. James McAleese
July 16, 201411 yr You can just go into FSX.cfg, find the section that lists trusted gauges, and fix the relevant entry to true. Reinstall won't help, deleting the cfg will, but you will lose all settings. --Peter Fabian
July 16, 201411 yr Commercial Member Reinstalls should be the last resort. There will be a [TRUSTED] section in your FSX.CFG. Delete that section, adjust registry (as in the link below) and re-load the sim. Here's more information: http://support.precisionmanuals.com/kb/a5/fixing-the-fsx-dll-trust-policy Kyle Rodgers
