August 9, 201411 yr Hi there Chaps. Has anyone come up with a fix for this issue? Chris Maher ------------------------------------------ i7 6700k OC @ 4.6Ghz 16Gb 3200Mhz Corsair Ram Evga GTX 1080 FTW GPU
August 9, 201411 yr I think this is an issue to do with FTX Global. It looks like the generic gates they use. Best to visit their forum and post your request there, if my assumption is correct. http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/index.php?action=search Andrew Barnett: "to learn is to know the difference"
August 9, 201411 yr I've had "hovering" jetways since the original release last year, even at default airports. Figured it was an FSX thing and not much could be done about it. Walter Meier
August 9, 201411 yr A fix would be nice (not saying it's up to PMDG to provide this!!). It's all default FSX jetways as far as I can tell. Marc Griffiths
August 10, 201411 yr I believe the coordinates for where the jet bridge goes are in the aircraft.cfg file if I'm remembering correctly. I was able to make it go to the L2 door on the 747 instead of L1 on a previous installation of FSX but that was a while back so my memory is foggy. This issue is correctable by the user but ideally I prefer to have to developer fix it because I prefer not to modify the default files. Tom Landry
August 10, 201411 yr I've seen this on all default FSX jetways and many add-on such as FSDT (some but not all). There's nothing PMDG can do about this as mentioned, posting your observation in the add-on vendors support forums is about all you can do. I've gotten used to it as just another FSX'ism.
