August 12, 201411 yr Just a note, the "splash" that results form the landing gear while taxiing is still animated once airborne. Anyone else experience this? Not sure if this is new to SP1B or not. thanks, Mitch Brown Private Pilot | Aerospace Engineering Major
August 12, 201411 yr Author I think it's an FSX thing. Nothing to do with PMDG.... I've never experienced it before and I've been running the NGX and -200LR since release. I currently have the water splash at FL350 Mitch Brown Private Pilot | Aerospace Engineering Major
August 12, 201411 yr As soon as you takeoff from a wet runway (i.e. splash) it will accompany you to destination. Search for it. Many people have tried but failed to fix it. At least up until I stopped researching it. Cheers, Xander Koote All round aviation geek 1st Officer Boeing 777
August 12, 201411 yr Commercial Member Most definitely an FSX bug - any aircraft will do it. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
August 12, 201411 yr Hi Mitch If it is what i think it is then it have something to do with the fx_SnowEngineWash.fx file - remove it or rename it and it´s gone ---- it`s the same file that causes smoke when the aircraft is parked at a gate. Anders Pedersen
