fireworks in FSX

Featured Replies

I always wondered:

Are there fireworks somewhere in FSX (similar to the birds flying around), or in any add on for FSX?

thanks

Yes, some cities like Las Vegas have them on the 4th of July starting at 10 pm. A Google search will probably turn up a guide with times and locations.

Of course I was talking about in FSX since that's what your question pertained to. There are other cites that do it on the 4th at 10 pm but don't remember which ones. There maybe some on New Years as well but don't remember which cities and times. .

A Google search as jim suggested to you turned up this link that lists the dates, times and locations of all the fireworks in FSX, Remember you can change the date and time in FSX to check them out whenever you want.

Sydney Harbour - New Years Eve

Goes for about 10 - 15 Mins

I could be mistaken, or maybe its for FS9, but I'm sure it will work, There is somewhere out on the web, the SDK's for the sims. One of them was for effects, I think, & there was a tutorial to add your own fireworks.

Maybe someone out there can remember better than I can?

Robin
