So, while I have a decent processor... my video card is a 660 and that's really not that powerful a card these days.

 

So I went and did a wee bit of flying in P3D v2.3... to see how things would behave. I'm impressed. It's not perfect, nor would I expect it to be with my video card. However, it looks better than I expected it to.

nice video, thanks for Sharing....I have the same graphics card as you, with a 4790K processor, so I guess this is what I have to look forward to.

Very impressive. The cloud shadow on the approach really adds to the immersion
