Also for RAM get dual channel two 4 or 8 gig sticks of 2133 or better. If your scenery is dialed in to give you a constant 30FPS at 1600 speed then you upgrade to 2133 it will jump to 33fps. That may not sound like much but its 10%. I have tested this by dropping my 2133 back to 1600 speed and I loose my 3 fps gain, So it is worth it. With that system you could run even faster ram.

I'd seriously consider getting the 4790k it took me 10 minutes to get a stable OC on mine at 4.5ghz and I only needed 1.14V to do it thats less than the chip got stock when turbo engaged at that voltage me chip won't degrade from over voltage for sure! Which is why I never OC'd any higher frankly I just don't need it as I get great FPS and a nice cool CPU at 4.5

Idk those PSU calcs are so far off from what a system actually uses under load... It said 858w at peak power while kill a watt only measured my load (during 3dmark11 and Intel IBT) at 360w

I think they try to factor in ageing of electrical components, but it's only meant to be a *guide*.

How did you measure your wattage by the way???
