I'm very disapointed to find those very summary pdf about this aicraft.

No tutorial, no manual to learn how to proced practicly...

Only check list and a few comment about screen of the cockpit...

It's a pity

Tutorial?, manual?, the PDF's included are enough, you don't need anything else to fly it, just the procedures manual, and that's all...

Where are shown in the pdf included fuel quantity, EIS system and test fire switch ?

Well, he has a point.  Nearly all commercial aircraft creators do have real documentation.  Until and if they change, you just have to content yourself with the documents and videos you can find out on the web.  One of the first things I do for any airplane I'm considering (not just for Carenado) is to search to see what's out there.  There is decent info for the PC-12 including a POH.

Thanks a lot Gregg! I purchased this plane after SP1, and as the OP I regret it does not come with a comprehensive manual nor a tutorial, so your link is mostly welcome.
