Hi everyone,

 i have version 10.30Beta5 installed. I was seeing reports of stuttering and loss of fps with later versions. I would like to update to the final release version now that it's available, however I am hesitant. How is the the final release concerning the couple of things I mentioned? Thanks in advance. :-)

Well for me it's stable. 

 

Just make a copy of the current one and update and check it out.  It also depends on the systems

Stable for me as well.. I did make a full backup copy of my X-Plane directory before upgrading, just in case.

 

Had to update a few plugins, however I am seeing slightly better performance numbers with VERY little stuttering (Much less than 10.25) 

 

Your mileage may vary though.. I hope everything goes well for you.

Screen tearing is a GPU issue. Maybe you over clocked it or its heating up or driver.

As ironmaiden wrote: Up- or doengrade your graphics driver.

I'm getting very good performance with 10.30.  While my framerates haven't dramatically increasted, the wildly fluctuating framerates I experienced in previous versions are gone, and my flying experience is very smooth and fluid.

Could be a driver issue.i have the latest driver from nvidia. But support from that everything remains the same. Decent settings which worked before is causing screen reading now
