Because of systems depth and overcoming the old FS9 issues of polygon count.  More polygons, more computer power needed. Simple.  'As real as it gets' costs ...

 

I understand that a more complex add on will cost you more fps.  But the iFly 737 for FSX that I mentioned is known for hitting your fps harder than it should when the mouse cursor is displayed (even compared to the ngx).

For those who have been eagerly awaiting the 747 FS9 paint kit, it has been released today and is available at the iFly forum.

In my opinion a very good aircraft.

 

But I have frame rate problems although I have a good PC.


Or is there any option which improves the performance? Like the ifly 737. I coud not find an option with the refresh rate.
