December 10, 201411 yr It remains a mistery to me why this Software House cannot do a conversion by themselves and sell these sceneries for some euros as download only option. No relevant cost, just gains. Riccardo Viecca
December 10, 201411 yr Author Outstanding set of shots, looks great! Marko Thanks Marko It remains a mistery to me why this Software House cannot do a conversion by themselves and sell these sceneries for some euros as download only option. No relevant cost, just gains. I always asked the same question but we have to respect their decision...Maybe one day they change their mind! Please note that the scenery required some editing though after conversion... X-Plane11 GTX1070 8GB Vram - i7 4770K cpu @3.5GHz Quad core - 16GB RAM
December 10, 201411 yr I agree with ironmaiden. These shots are incredible! I especially love the level of detail you captured on the field. It does look like that Carenado came a bit close to that 747 though Nice work. December 10, 201411 yr Cool shots! I'll have to try converting some FSX scenery to X-Plane. I'm surprised it even works given that the sims use so radically different scenery/graphics engines (one uses .DSF's and OpenGL, the other .BGL's and Direct3D)... -
December 11, 201411 yr Author Cool shots! I'll have to try converting some FSX scenery to X-Plane. I'm surprised it even works given that the sims use so radically different scenery/graphics engines (one uses .DSF's and OpenGL, the other .BGL's and Direct3D)... Thanks! yeah its good to give it a shot and see how FSX scsneries look in XPX...though some sceneries require editing in overlay editor and WED and others convert fully. I like XPX roads and light system, sometimes actually the FSX converted scenery looks better in XPX then FSX due to good light system and road traffic, example FT Dubai the FS9 version converted to XPX will add Lights plus road traffic, the missing elements in FSX  X-Plane11 GTX1070 8GB Vram - i7 4770K cpu @3.5GHz Quad core - 16GB RAM
