Nope, doesn't change a thing. Just to confirm, you did want me to rename the .bmp file itself and not the text entry in the suneffect.cfg file yeah?

 

Coz nothing happens when I do that, it's just the same!

Capt Speirs reported exactly the same issue and his photos look identical to yours. Reverting to an older halo.bmp from a REX texture Backup resolved it for him so I am fairly confident that's the issue here.

That's right and thank you so much Steve for helping me through that. AI Traffic lights are awesome now.

I think I may start a new topic on the lens flare issue as it seems it's unrelated now.
