December 22, 201411 yr Is there any way to download "Legacy"/ (old real wx) for FSX? I am getting tired of flying the same old summer rain (last known MS Wx download) n the middle of winter. I do not want to buy some add-on wx program either and or manually program in wx via the weather menu. Terry

December 23, 201411 yr I do not want to buy some add-on wx program either and or manually program in wx via the weather menu. If the FSX built in realtime weather function has stopped getting the weather from Jeppeson then your choices are. Buy a Weather program, I use ASN and it is superb. includes historical weather as well Or get a Freeware Weather engine, FSRealWX http://www.fsrealwx.net FSXWX http://www.plane-pics.de/fsxwx/home.htm
December 23, 201411 yr There is really no reason not to buy an addon weather engine. It adds way more to the weather experience than the default FSX weather engine ever could do. For nowadays standards, Active Sky Next (ASN) is the one to get. Regards, Frank van der Werff
