I was searching in the PMDG 737 FCOM for the average taxi fuel/min and the APU burn/hour. Does anybody knows the answer? or what is modeled in the PMDG?

It's probably real close to what PFPX indicates for PMDG 737-700:  Taxi 26 lb/min and APU 231 lb/hr; as you see, these are a fraction of flight consumption values so you can realistically just ballpark unless you expect long waits getting to/from the gate.

And then Dispatch will just ball park it and add more fuel
