FO EFIS Control Panel

Featured Replies

Brian,

I have a question...not sure it is an issue: I have noticed that the FO EFIS Control Panel VOR/ADF selectors are not operated by the FO. I can't find it mentioned in the Normal Procedures that they must be operated by the CPT, and due to their location I would assume that they must be operated by the FO, so I was thinking that this might have been overlooked by the FS2Crew logic.

Can you clarify it, please ?

Thanks

I was looking for this option too. F/O turning on/off the VOR's displaying on the ND. And also turning on the TCAS on F/O side before entering the runway

I didn't mention in my initial post, but oviously I am referring to actions that are carried out during the preflight EFIS panel setup..

Brian,

thanks for your reply. I got your point, but I do switch the FO VOR/ADF selectors ON manually myself anyway, and I don't see any particular FPS hit...
