January 23, 201511 yr When you first load the plane in fsx. you get the DLL popup's I believe it's asking for the key after you click yes on the first dll popup if i remember correctly Rob "Sponge" SzymanskaOwner of: PMDG 737/747/777/MD11/J41. January 24, 201511 yr Kevin, you've submitted a ticket I suggest you communicate with PMDG through that channel. You can check the status of your ticket at the support portal.
