January 29, 201511 yr Hi all, I have been a bit of a prat, and decided to remove the VC on my MD-11F....... I know!..... :( Well, It worked, the VC has gone, but so have my taxi/landing lights (when viewed from the 2D cockpit). I know how to solve it, just install the MD-11 again and I'll be ok, not that easy. It's a long story -_- Could anyone please email me over the original ''PMDG_MD11_PWFb_FS9.mdl'' file please by email? I would be so greatful if anyone could! If you can, then please PM me and I'll pass you my email. I'll make sure I make it worth your while.... promise! B) Any help would be soooooo so good! Thank you all in advance!! January 29, 201511 yr Hi Matt First post, welcome to the site. The main rule on this site is you need to place your full name on the bottom of the post. This way, amongst other things, the PMDG guys can see you are a genuine owner of the a/c. I had similar issues with the MD11 when the VC refused to load. From advice from the PMDG guys, it was solved by removing the entire MD11 and re-installing it, this way all files are put back in place correctly. If you downloaded it electronically, you should be able to re-download it from the PMDG site when you provide the original order number etc. Geoff Bryce

If you have lost your installer, log into your PMDG account and re-download it. Extended download service is no longer required. January 29, 201511 yr To be honest I'm not the best with computers and I tend to cause more issues correcting things then I do fixing things. Pretty embarrassing to be honest. I see that Kyle has got you fixed up with a link to download the product, so you should be good to go. I know you're new to the forum, so you might not have realized it, but you should never ask anyone to send you files from their own imstallation of a PMDG product. That would be a license violation, and could get both the sender and you into trouble. Obviously you are a confirmed owner of the MD-11, but such requests are typically made by people who have a pirated copy. Clearly your request was an innocent mistake.
