Bought this product last week. Installed fine and registered ok. Then all of a sudden all I had was an unregistered version in the Add-ons drop-down menu.

 

So, went to re-install. That too went well except the part where the 12-digit registration code is inserted. Time after time it kept rejecting that code. Eh? I pay for a product and now I cannot use it.

 

Any ideas? I sent Pete Dowson a PM but so far no response.

Check in your /modules folder that your Fsuipc.key file is present.

Delete the Fsuipc logs and run the sim again, the log will give you an idea as to what Fsuipc is doing as it is loaded.

Thanks for that. Found several FSUPIC-related entries in Modules. Could not see anything with a keyfile present. Deleted the lot. Am going to try a re-install.

 

EDIT: Got it working now. Had copied one digit of the key incorrectly. Mia Culpa!
