PMDGoptions.dll interrupting my FSX startup !

hello ,
recently , i was doing a long flight with multiple stops , with my PMDG 747-400X
i've landed at my first stop and take off again and when i was descending to the next stop , i just looked out the aircraft and FSX has stopped responding with fault name : DSound.dll
Afterwards , when i was trying to open my Simulator , a message appear :

if i choose yes , a fatal error will appear with fault name : PMDGoptions.dll,
if i remove the PMDGoptions.dll from dll.xml , FSX will work fine , but PMDG 747 wont work
i've even tried to delete and remake dll.xml , but no succes
i hope you can fix my issue , thanks in advance

Yes , i'am

i'am using PMDG 747 for more than 2 years on my Win 8 , and it is the first that message like this showed up !

I kept on saying  yes   all the time   until it went  away which it  did  after the third  time so if it comes up  keep saying  yes  and hopefully it will go away   most likely  its  the simconect issue

ok so after some modification in the dll.xml file , it is nearly fixed , but still after closing FSX , i'am getting :

Mirosoft flight Simulator X has stopped working 

fault module name : PMDGOptions.DLL_unloaded

Uninstall the 747, delete all related files and folders manually, reinstall.

found the solution , it was a reg issue
