FSC 9.6 Flight Sim Commander P3D Flight Plan Path

Featured Replies

When I try to save a plan using FSC9.6 to the \Flightplans\777 directory I get an error saying invalid path. I can save it to documents directory and move it manually. Is there a work around?

You might want to contact Aerosoft for this issue (I believe they are the developer?)

Yeah, at that point, it's probably their code causing the issue. Check at the link I posted above. They'll probably be able to help you better there.

Just a thought, have you got the necessary Permissions to modify the folder contents? If you Run FSC as Admin and the plan file exports without an error, you should check the Permissions on the sim program files folder. With Explorer, make sure the Users Group has Write and Modify permissions checked (saves Running as Admin).

Example with P3D located in Program Files (x86):

Good point Steve. Didn't think of that, and that's my usual first step too...

David, are saving the PMDG plan to the 777 directory so you can call from the FMS?
