Setting up FMC I get this note. Any explaination as how to correct???

From a post I made a while back (that came up when I googled "vspeeds not available"):

Basically, the FMC is saying "given the information you've provided, I can't (or won't) provide you VSpeeds."  In your case, it was the latter:

"Based on the information your provided, there's no safe way for you to get out on that runway."

Reduce weight (payload or fuel), use a longer runway, or wait until conditions improve.

Make sure you've chosen a departure runway while in the DEP/ARR page....among other items to check.

And, of course, what Kyle said.

That, or the info you've given isn't appropriate for the conditions.

I had the same problem the other day and I changed the degree of flaps to 1 degree on setting up FMC and then I got the v-speeds.  Hope it helps.
