March 8, 201511 yr The folder PMDG from your Start Panel Expand the folder and it will open up to the Operations Center as a sub folder. Lyle Jayma

March 9, 201511 yr Have you gone back to your orders on the PMDG website and redownloaded your NGX? The SP1D includes the Operations Center with it to allow you to download and install liveries.
