While not quite up to the standard of today's best add ons graphically it is still a very nice product.

The night lighting lets it down a bit but the systems are well done with a good FMC, it has Navigraph support and also supports Goflight Hardware.

Overall I like it and use it a lot.

Must have liked the screenshots enough to go ahead and buy it though.

 

I will agree that the 175-195 is a bit rough,The 135-145 is better in my opinion and good systems, sometimes it is not just about the visuals although some seem fixated by them.

See Carenado for a great example of stellar graphics with shockingly poor systems, I know which I would prefer.

I agree, their systems are terrible it can't all be about looks. If it hand flies well and has decent systems I may be in. Especially if the exterior looks good for screenshots.

You sure you want a 50 seater (approx) as a biz jet? Sorry but don't know what to elaborate on.

 

Carenado is just fine if you own the f1 GTN750.  I would look at the s550 citation which I believe comes with navigraph support and at least you wont have to cry every time you open the hangar door

I guess....if you don't mind paying extra on top of an already pricey add on... They aren't close to pmdg quality yet they're close to pmdg pricing. No thanks.

Well dragging the PMDG into the picture changes the ball game. If you feel the carenado is poor quality compared to PMDG then your in for monumental shock with the ERJ

What do you find wrong with the ERJ 135-145 FMC and systems ? or is it all about the eye candy for you ?

For some folk having systems modelled well is a big part of what makes an addon enjoyable, for others nice graphics are enough and as long as it goes up and down when they move the joystick they are happy.

Seems like you may be in the latter camp, not saying that's wrong, just that there are other criteria to take into account when it comes to judging a product.

The Leonardo Maddog would probably hurt your eyes too these days but still remains a great product for those that value systems.

Carenado aircraft have half useless cockpits with poor systems....all they are is eye candy.

You're the type of person on a forum that I don't respect one bit. You think you're above and beyond and you're disrespectful to someone looking for help. I feel sorry for you if you think your comment would help anyone. The problem is one person could say it's garbage and one could thing it's great, so I asked for details on what you didn't like about it like I said..A 3 year old could have figured that out because that's what I asked. I didn't ask for your aggressive smart remarks.

 

If you went on a website thinking about buying something and one person said it was good and one said it was rubbish you'd be looking for details too, so carry on because I don't value your useless comments.

My only complaints are poor night lighting and lack of reflective glass in the VC, I guess this is where it starts to show its age a bit, but there is not a lot available in this sector so we make do.

Aerosoft will release their CRJ soon so it may be worth waiting for that.

 

A couple of tutorials, there is  lot tutorials out there, some in the Avsim library also.
