Uninstalling/reinstalling took me about 2 minutes.

I don't really want to have to go through the rigmarole of uninstalling/reinstalling - it always leads to issues. Hence my question about the triple 7 Ops Center.

It certainly doesn't "always" lead to issues. Our beta team must to full uninstall reinstalls each time a new build comes out. I have yet to have issues with it. Issues usually come about when people don't follow the directions, forget to run installers as an admin, and so on.

My Name is Michael Krasnik, I have a pretty big problem with my 737 ngx. I bought the base package (737-800/900) of 737 ngx at a retail store like 1 or 2 years ago. I stopped using ngx and fsx, but now i want to come back to it. i installed everything including pmdg, but i want liveries on my simulator. Its pretty boring to fly without liveries etc. i tried to use my livery manager but i got on to the website to download liveries and i see there's NO fsx 737 800/900 liveries! And then at the top it said something like 777 and 737 ngx users must download liveries in the pmdg operations center. I really need HELP i have absolutely no idea what or where that operations center is! I SEARCHED MY WHOLE COMPUTER AND NOTHING!!! My version of pmdg 737 800/900 ngx is 1.00.3219. What must i do? Please help me!

Try reading the pinned informational posts on the NGX upgrade in the General section of this forum.  Operations center is new to the NGX with the latest release.  In summary, your update should come from whoever you purchased the NGX from. If it was Aerosoft then they have the update.

 

Please also review forum rules, which require full name posts in the PMDG forums. Thank you.

since you seem to own the NGX box, head over to Aerosoft and download the NGX update there:

http://support.aerosoft.com/index.php

 

After updating, the PMDG op center will be available for you and downloading/installing liveries becomes a proverbial walk in the proverbial park.

Thanks for the help, olli4740, but when i go onto the link can you tell me what must i type in the second box. I put pmdg 737 ngx in the first box but in the second one i dont know what to type and cant find the update?  Here is the link http://support.aerosoft.com/index.php?action=search.

just select 'PMDG - 737 NGX' from the drop down list and click 'Show support ...'. Have your box serial key ready when hitting the link containing the zip file.

I still got a problem, i cannot find the operations center where is? where can i look? my pmdg is up to date with the link i used to download the .zip. My version is the latest on now???
