April 22, 201511 yr The Basler BT-67 is freeware and works very well in P3DV2.5. It is a DC3 that has been updated to twin turbo props. More modern, more power, and just as good looking. Just a thought. http://flyawaysimulation.com/downloads/files/14113/fsx-basler-bt-67-base-pack-v2/ Danny

A terrific package in its own right. @HowardB: For the C-47, go here - link to the download is in the first post. While you're there, pick up the texture basepack and Ted Wolfgag's soundpack. Finally, join the mob of us that's waiting for Jan Visser to finish his custom "vintage VC" (long thread, latest images in the most recent posts, of course; Jan says it won't be long now). With these and the other links in the thread, you've now got access to the Manfred Jahn "family" of C-47 variants. There's worse out there - including worse payware. Enjoy! Silly me, sorry for posting the wrong link (I did mean to post the one for the C-47), thank you Alan for correcting! - Jens Peter "Penz" Pedersen
April 23, 201511 yr sorry for posting the wrong link Easy enough to do - the SOH library is much better than it was before last year's rebuild but it can still be a little challenging. For some reason I can never manage to find the C-47 on a database search - I have to go through the discussion thread. But the C-117 is very nice in its own right, and maybe a better a/c for the current VC. When Jan's VVC is done, the C-47 will be the clear winner, of course.
