You are missing the point, the pump is run to reduce wear on the APU-driven pump, it is performing a pre-delivery  pump role in this case where it reduces the suction required by the APU. I always select the far left switch, whichever that happens to be.

15 kg min is the BOCO rule for the -800 plus the APU 105 kg per hour on the ground.

I have 2.5kg a min for APU use or 150 kg / hr

that is the data i recollect in any NG FFPM.

 

if you prefer in lbs 25 for taxi per min and 225 lbs per hour for the apu on the ground.

 

i do not know what are the values for the pmdg.
