May 26, 201511 yr When you get to your account page, click on "View Previous Orders". Find the order for your original purchase of the NGX, and download the full installer. You could run the installer and choose the "repair" option, but it might be better to first uninstall the NGX, and do a full re-install. Maybe if you started a ticket, PMDG might sort it out, I purchased the 737NGX back in 2011 and my order is still available. PMDG have an efficient ticketing system for inquiries.

How can I download the update? All DVD customers need to download the SP1D update from Aerosoft. There is a link for the download that is listed on this forum or the PMDG General Forum. May 27, 201511 yr Author I have the file downloaded, and I ran the .exe file. I then proceeded by clicking the repair option, since the only other option was remove, then a "File Error" message popped up, saying that "The following error occured on the file... Access is denied. (0x5) Do I need to uninstall the previous version first or something? I don't want to uninstall the 737 NGX only to realize that I can't even install the new one, leaving me with no plane. Austin Hohenshelt Does the new weather radar only work with Active Sky Next? Or does it work with anything as long as there is precipitation in the clouds?
