I was wondering if it's alright/advisable to install FSGenesis if you already have Flight1's GEX North America and UTX Canada installed.

Do these products use a terrain mesh, or is that a separate product such as FSGenesis?

GEX and UTX don't contain mesh. Yes, it is advisable to install FSGenesis or any other mesh you own with those two products.

I own most of FSGenesis and I uninstalled it all for "FreeMesh X Global" with no regrets.

From what I understand FSGenesis could be better for some areas like Scandinavia where it uses 19m mesh instead of 76m for FreeMesh. Or do I miss something ?

I believe it's 38m you can look here. For free, I am not going to complain.
