February 5, 201610 yr Author Commercial Member The download url you received always gives you the latest version. It's valid for a month from purchase. It's then reactivated whenever a new version is released for another month. So Given that 2.11 is now over month old you either need to wait for 2.12 or send me an email to the support stevefsx address in the manual with your order number and I will reactivate it for you.
