August 8, 201510 yr Moderator Don't know how I turned it on but most of the time, when I click to reply to a post, I get a popup of what is in the clipboard highlighted so I can immediately paste it. Any way to disable this action? Thanx, Vic RIG#1 - I9 14900K MSI Pro z790 RTX 5070Ti 40" 4K Monitor 3840x2160
August 8, 201510 yr Vic, can you screenshot this action for me? I haven't seen this before Sincerely, Chase My 2017 Build: Liquid Cooled i7 7700K CPU idle @ 4.2GHz | MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X 8G | 16GB's DDR4 4000 RAM | ASUS 27" 144hz Gaming Monitor | MSI Z270 M7 Motherboard | Windows 10 | Samsung 960 EVO M.2 500GB SSD
August 8, 201510 yr Moderator Chase, this happens to me occasionally as well. After copy/pasting something to a reply, if I then go to reply to another post the contents of the clipboard are "auto-pasted" into the new reply. Fr. August 9, 201510 yr I just loaded a bunch of stuff on my clipboard and could not duplicate. If I clicked on one of the paste buttons in the menu I got the following message: Because of your browser security settings, the editor is not able to access your clipboard data directly. You are required to paste it again in this window. Please paste inside the following box using the keyboard (Ctrl/Cmd+V) and hit OK So I suspect it has something to do with security settings, or whether you are in HTML Mode or BBCode Mode. August 9, 201510 yr Author Moderator http://www.mediafire.com/view/idc8titb8u8414k/Clipboard01.jpg I tend to agree Jim but this time I go no error message, just this. I've made no changes to security on this system. Doesn't happen all the time however. I'll see if I can get better information as to how why and when it happens.
