yupp...you can still select the level of autogen buildings.and another bug for example, is a landscaper building in the middle of the runway at KTEX.

Would be best to rename the file .bak Andrew.

Chase, your answer makes me wonder if you even know what the "autogen bug" is/was :-roll A tree/buildingt in the runway is not a bug, you can remove it with a simple exclude. One of the specific fixes from the patch was thia "bug" and personally I have not encountered it, but I did notice an increased smoothness in city areas after prolonged times of flying after the patch.Regards, MichaelKDFWhttp://www.calvirair.com/mcpics/mcdcvabanner.jpgCalVirAir International

Is there still a frame hit with FS9.1 with Autogen?I am know confusedRegards,Andrew:-bang

It's main fix was for a memory leak that slowed users down. From what I can tell the leak is fixed and the autogen works fine, but it's not perfect. Either way, the 9.1 patch was worth the install, and I'm able to use the autogen XML file.

Yes, the framerate hit is still there, at least for me. It's less than before but still significant. In my case the framerate is 20-25% less if I don't rename the default.xml file in the Autogen folder (with all the sliders maxxed). Others report no difference but it's easy to rename the file and see what happens.DougP4 3.0C SL6WK @ 3.510 (1.600 vCore - 234 FSB)OEM Intel HSF Asus P4C800-E Deluxe (BIOS 1019)2 x 512MB Corsair TWINX CXM3700 (3-4-4-8)4 x 300GB WD HDD'sHercules 9800 Pro (128MB @ 410/360)A-Open 1648 AAPPlextor 708AEnermax 431W PSUInwin Case

Yes, it's definitely still there, but not as severe as pre-9.1. Also, systems are much more powerful now than in 2003 - my current system still maintains a reasonably flyable framerate even after triggering the autogen bug in 9.0, where as it would drop to near single-digits on the system I had back then.
