Prepar3d: PMDG 737 NGX cannot connect to activate

Featured Replies

I bought the PMDG 737 NGX for Prepar3d last week and I cannot activate the base package from the menu. It comes back with a "ERROR: Cannot connect to the activation server. Check your internet connection" after putting the activation code from the email.

My internet connection is fine - I can clearly connect and make a post on this forum. I checked my firewall settings, tried turning it off, and it didn't do anything. Any suggestions? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

It's possible your browser could have the http address or the exe name in your blacklist.

Can also try running as admin for the purpose of allowing the registration process, possibly may need elevated privileges.

Your internet connection is a lot more complex than "I can connect to a web page, so it's fine."

Please submit a ticket at the link in my signature. We have a checklist of things that you can go through to see where the issue is.
