To alter my custom made traffic.bgl in FSX\Scenery\World\scenery I copy the bgl to FS9 then use TTools to alter the file.

 

Is there a way that I can alter the three files (Airports,Aircraft & Flightplans) in the Traffic bgl without going to FS9.

 

In other words is there a programme for FSX to open the Traffic bgl. to get the three files I want to change.

 

I know there is a airline packet programme called WOAI but I prefer to do the work myself.

 

Any suggestions welcome.
