August 18, 200520 yr Wow!In today's library, Bill and Lynn Lyons have made available a bunch of their recent creations. This is superb stuff! We should all tip our collective caps to Bill for what he has done for the community. Best,Mike MacKuen(PS. Now I have to figure out a way to send Bill some "pin money" for the aircraft that I had meant to purchase but never got around to actually doing so.) --Mike MacKuen

August 19, 200520 yr Yep, that was a really nice and totally unexpected thing to do. The only plane of his that I was missing was the Challenger collection, and now my own collection is complete! Thank you so much, Bill and Lynn!

Hi Bill WomackHave you figured out how to use the AM/FM/CD radio on the back seat of the Stinson VC. I have scoured the Internet - but can't find any instructions. When I hit one of the pre-select modes , it tells me it isn't installed. FlightSim Manager seems to be telling me that there are some gauges missing too - which seem to be related to the radio. It' isn't essential for flying -- but it look slike fun .Regards Barry
August 20, 200520 yr Bump -- anybody got any thoughts on getting the AM/FM/CD radio to work?I must be doing something wrong somewhere.Regards Barry
August 20, 200520 yr Pardon my apparent ignorance, hehe, but is this THE Grumman Goose, Mr. Lyon's fabled payware bird which was pulled from sale during his understandable time off? This is the Goose I wanted to purchase, then suddenly couldn't, and actually was saddened about? He came back (WELCOME BACK, BILL!) and made her FREE??Unbeleivable! Lynn and Bill, you have given so much to this community already! I have only made two repaints for FS, mostly due to time constraints, but when I read the emails from a few who downloaded and enjoyed them, thanking me and encouraging me, I was swiftly reminded of my reasons to share them. I wish to thank you, wholeheartedly, for all you have already shared, the most important being your love for the hobby, the air, and classic aircraft.Thank you!Sincerely,-JeremyThe Ozark DogfighterHappy Flying!
August 20, 200520 yr My god Bill,THANK YOU SOOO MUCH.I just wonder why you did this?Thank You again, you
August 20, 200520 yr I had the AM/FM working but it quit. Never did get the CD to work. Regards, Bob.
August 20, 200520 yr Great news!I would like to know: what is your favourite of these aircraft? Mine is Piper Tri Pacer. Lovely plane to fly and great sounds.Piper and Lusconbe, don
August 20, 200520 yr I like the Luscombe--haven't tried the Tri-Pacer yet being on dial up. The Luscombe is a lot of fun to fly--and since I am in the process of obtaining my Sport Pilot certificate, it's of interest to me since it fits into that category. Like most of Bill's newer projects, it only includes a VC but his VC's are so well done, I don't think a 2-d panel is really needed. I hope to get the Tri-pacer and Aztec soon.... I will probably download both tonight. What a great hobby!-John
