Hello,

 

I have most of the FlyTampa and FDST airports. I am looking at buying some Aerosoft airports. I am an airliner guy.So I want to know which airports are

good enough ,both from VAS, detail and performance perspective .What do you guys recommend?

All from FSDG. They are AWESOME!

 

Nuuk is a jewel. And the Greek ones are superb.

 

Paro is beautiful and a REAL challenge. Can't wait to try the buses there with P3D3.

Hi,

 

i have a lot of Aerosoft fields. Starting with German Regional Airports, a bundle of 5 airports. They run great in v3 despite one or two glitches. AS Leipzig is good.

 

The italian airports Bergamo,Bologna, Rome and Olbia are perfect match. The airport of Split is good.

 

And last not least Bergen, Tromsoø, Torp, Stavanger and Oslo also good. The only place you should avoid is Berlin Brandenburg. This airport is, unfortunately a mess in terms of VAS and FPS. However it is realy nicely done.

Cool i am making a note of all these..

EIDW by Aerosoft is not the best. Very demanding. Avoid if you can. 

Got PARO and Nuuk..

Some nice sunny destinations; Mallorca, Ibiza. One of the newer releases.

Most of the Aerosoft sceneries which are made for FSX work in P3D.

I only have problem with a few.

 

Aerosoft Amsterdam: Water on the taxiways en surrounding

Aerosoft Luxembourg: Problem with terrain around the airport and flashing lights at night.

Aerosoft Trondheim: Part of the runway missing, also caused by terrain issues I think.

 

For the rest no problems found (yet)

 

Anybody know I to solve these 3 problems?

Robin, what are your water settings? I had the same water issue at Amsterdam and I turned it down from ultra. For me problem solved.

 

The others I haven't installed.

I'm thinking of buying Trondheim for P3D v3 - did you sort out the runway issue? All other AS Norwegian I've purchased work great in P3Dv3 and FTX Norway but would really like to get Trondheim.
