  1. The -400M would be awesome! KLM is one of the few airliners flying it. How many other airlines are flying the combi?
  2. I still don't get it. Normally the recommended flightlevel is much closer to the optimal flightlevel. Sometimes even between recommended and max. flightlevel. Why not in this case?
  3. Enroute from KIX to AMS with a fully loaded B77W KLM. I noticed during climb, my recommended flightlevel is much lower then my optimal flightlevel. Why is that?
  4. Ooh nice. I'll try that later, I have ultra settings currently
  5. Most of the Aerosoft sceneries which are made for FSX work in P3D. I only have problem with a few. Aerosoft Amsterdam: Water on the taxiways en surrounding Aerosoft Luxembourg: Problem with terrain around the airport and flashing lights at night. Aerosoft Trondheim: Part of the runway missing, also caused by terrain issues I think. For the rest no problems found (yet) Anybody know I to solve these 3 problems?
  6. Don't know, I never had VAS leakage with any version.
  7. I had this problem too with V1.10.6492. If you downgrade to V1.10.6370 the problem is gone.
  8. Thankyou for that! Problem is solved now ^_^ I also added an extra fan on the Corsair H60. So now I have a push-pull configuration. Temperature went down with about 5 to 10 degrees celsius! B) Everybody thanks for the information. I have it stable now at 4,6Ghz So when a BSOD occurs, just add some extra Vcore to the processor ^_^
  9. Thats it, Turbo mode wasn't enabled. But I couldn't do that either. The option was black. As I do see now, it is decreasing to about 3ghz during idle mode. But not 1.6Ghz
  10. Oh yeah, almost forgot this. I set the Vcore to manual and to 1.31 volts. Now my corespeed does not get back to 1.6Ghz during idle load. It stays at 4.6Ghz all the time. How to solve that? All other options are still default.
  11. Thankyou all for your help. I'm having it stable now at 4.6Ghz What other CPU cooler would you advise? Ofcourse, a better one. The Corsair H100 does not fit in my case. So thats not an option.
  12. I will buy tomorrow a can of air and clean the radiator. Thanks for the hint. I am currently busy with overclocking and now stable (I hope) at 4,4Ghz. Prime95 is running for a while now and it still works. I started at a high Vcore and worked my way down to 1.28Vcore. Do you think it will be worth trying to get it lower?
  13. Thankyou, I am busy with the overclocking guide but I bumped into the DRAM Timing control. It sais that I have to take a look at my RAM to see what numbers I have to enter in the BIOS CAS Latency - RAS to CAS Delay - RAS Pre Time - RAS ACT Time - DRAM Command Mode - and the DRAM Voltage too So I did make a photo of my RAM but I can't really find the right numbers. Can you? EDIT: I just found all this information in CPU-Z
  14. I checked the PSU. It's a 700watt Silent Pro Coolermaster. Maybe it's not enough? Not sure what Vcore I had with 4,5Ghz. I have to check that in the BIOS again. I'm reading now the manual that Ezio gave to me.
  15. Thankyou all for reply. Maybe I did not mention it right. But 70 to 80c is with 4,5Ghz, not at stock speed. As written in the first post. A corsair H60 Hydro. And I believe I have a 750watt PSU. (not sure though, it can be higher too)
  16. Hello guys, I have an i7 2600k for a few years now. In the beginning I started to overclock it and I thought I had it stable at 4,5ghz. So now and then I got a BSOD, maybe 1 per month or so. In the beginning not thinking about a faulty overclock because it worked before. This was all with FSX But the last time I get more and more BSOD's so I decided to set all the settings back to default. (Yes I made a backup) So now running P3D I do not get any BSOD's anymore. I tried my own overclock settings, even the POWERBOOST option in the BIOS so that it goes automatically. But still BSOD's with this. Before I went overclocking a few years ago I spent many hours reading and reading the internet how to overclock. But obviously it is still now right. It is good that my BSOS's are over but also my frames in P3D went down. I bought this CPU a few years ago because I wanted to overclock it. So what do I want? I want a stable overclock. Preferred to 4,5Ghz of course but anything better then default clock speed is fine with me. Also I think my CPU gets a little too hot with 4,5ghz (at least with my settings). During a flight with P3D it is constantly between 70 and 80 degrees Celsius. And the fan makes a lot of noise. (especially during summer) So maybe somebody can give me a little advice or share his own settings with me. Again, anything better then default clock speed is good for me My system: Motherboard: ASUS P8P67 Deluxe CPU: Intel i7-2600k 3.4Ghz RAM: 8GB Videocard: Geforce GTX 680 Processor Cooling : Corsair Hydro H60 Robin
  17. I would love to check that but my plane to Turkey is leaving in a few hours. I will be back on the 24th of June. It could be a fuelleak but I thought a fuelleak is also visible from the outside? Maybe not. Thanks for thinking with me. I report when I'm back. Robin
  18. Oke guys, It is happening again so I recorded it. It's a boring video, but it shows the fuel quantity decreasing rapidly. So last week I flew with this paint (PH-BVD) from AMS to CAI and I had this problem. The next day I flew from SIN to DPS with a different paint (PH-BVN) and I did not have this problem And today I fly back from CAI to AMS with again the PH-BVD and I have the problem again. Its to soon to tell if the paint is causing the issue because I can't remember what paint I used during the other flights. Also, for both paints (PH-BVD and PH-BVN) I used the same panel configuration via the import function in the FMC.
  19. No sorry, no confusion about that. But thanks for thinking with me (and the rest) Yes, oboviously I have to check everything. But I do that every flight. Very professional and I do not make any mistakes. I'm really sure about that. As long this does not happen again I really can't show you (with a video) what really happens. The only thing I can hope, is that more people are having this issue so we can fix this. But this is not a mayor big deal for me. But it would be nice to have this solved.
  20. Hello Chris, Yes, everything is in KG. PFPX, P3D, the airplane. Everything (much more easy than LBS) Flight is loaded in ASN (Or else the winds in the FMC won't work.) Speed is normal, MCP is normal. Everything is normal. Cruising speed is ECON (CI from PFPX used) LNAV and VNAV on. I am experienced in this aircraft so I do know what I'm doing. I do exactly the same thing every flight. But only on 10% of the flights, it goes wrong. By the way. Curently I'm cruising with KLM B77W from Singapore to Bali. And now everything works just fine. I haven't done anything different then yesterday.
  21. Wow, many respons after 1 day of working , glad to see people are trying to help. -To start this post: I mean 50000kg (50 tonnes), not 50kg. -I do not use FSUIPC to calibrate my controlls. -I am also very skeptical about this because it is a very strange issue. -I do not use the APU for a really long time. Maybe for about 15 minuts. So I try to explain this a little bit better. If it happens again, I will record it. (Hopefully before saturday because then my holiday will start) I created my own panelstate: Engines off, APU on. (Every time after an update I delete the old panelstate and create a new one) At the gate I fill in my FMC, use PFPX for planning and ASN for the weather, including winds report in the FMC. When that is finnished I check my PROG page: At destination 8.6 (8600kg) left. Perfect! During taxi (which is looooooooong at Amsterdam) the fuel at destination reduces a little bit, which is normal. During climb it even decreases further, back to 5.0 at destination. At this point it got my attention. During cruise it goes further down, even to the point that there isn't even fuel left at destination. So I check all the systems (and look from the outside :o) to be sure my gear is up, flaps are up, no fuel jettison or something else. Then I go to the page in the FMC where you can set the amount of fuel you want (FS ACTIONS - FUEL) I don't know if you ever looked at this page during cruise but you see your fuel quantity slowly decreasing with about 3kg to 5kg per second. But at my FMC it looks like this: 30000 - 29995 - 29991 - 29895 - 29890 - 29885 - 29880 - 29800. You see where it goed wrong? No I did not make a typo. You can imagine that after a few hours of flying the damage is much bigger! I also understand it is hard to imagine that this happens. As only 2 people reported about this. So the next time it happens I will record it. Why I never reported this issue before? Too lazy maybe? Or because it only happens in 10% of my flights it wasn't really a big deal to me. And I thought I was the only one. But when I saw this topic I just had to respons because I wasn't alone anymore . Regards, Robin Before I forget, here was the flightplan from AMS to CAI. The flighttime was the same as in the flightplan. 22. Hey, I have this problem too! Not on every flight but maybe on 1 out of 10 flights, -I use PFPX for planning. -I use ASN for the weather Today I had this problem again. The route was from Amsterdam (EHAM) to Cairo (HECA), 1800nm. ZFW: 228000kg, Fuel: 36500kg, B77W. Calculated by PFPX I cheated a bit on this flight because during cruise I added fuel  In total I added about 50.000kg fuel. If I didn't do that, I would have crashed above Austria. So no, this is not a problem with my planning, system, PFPX, or ASN. But something else. I do not know what causes this problem. As I just mentioned, it only happens in like 10% of my flights. So to the person who started this topic, It may work on this flight, but I can assure you, it will happen again
  23. I would like to have an E-jet (E170, E175, E190, E195)
  24. Roger that! Though, I have to ask. Why do I get low FPS with only REX clouds? (without OSCAR clouds) In DX9 mode I did not have any trouble.(even with high resolution clouds) Is it my videocard which is to light for DX10? (can't imagine that...) Is it the anti-aliasing which is too heavy? Would a complete re-install of FSX help to get more frames? Any other solution for this problem? I'm thinking about re-installing FSX when I get the GTX 680 in a few weeks from a friend.
