There's a back friday sale going on. I added the Beaver, Viperjet and I'm considering the Bell 412.

There are a few nice looking choppers, but the 412 got my attention.

Well, the best is the Bell 407.

Totally agree with the Bell 407.

The 412 is great, the 407 is superb, but I'm rather sweet on the R22. I may have mentioned this in the other thread referenced above. :wink:

 

It's got a great combination of depth and simplicity that I appreciate.  I tend to be a fan of things that I can operate realistically, but still get in the air very quickly.  And I love the basic, yet satisfying startup.

 

You wouldn't go wrong in buying all three. :smile:

I got the 407 and this is probably the best chopper ever created for any sim. Thanks for the suggestions.

Additionally, I can recommend S-92 Sikorsky from DMO. I have no idea why is this helicopter so overlooked, but it became one of the, if not THE, best and most fun aircrafts I have tried in X-Plane 10. It's massive, so it's pretty stable, yet it offers quite a bit of challenge to fly it correctly.

I'm thinking of picking up the S-92 as well as the Sea King during the sale.  I've heard good things about it as well.
