Those are crazy high mountains, I had a couple of Air Hauler cargo runs  to LIPT which is on the opposite side of the mountains of Inssbruck.  The MSA is around 12,600.  You can weave your way through at 13,000.  At least you had the Duke and it's pressurized!  I had to use oxygen tanks in my 208!

Wow....very impressive, I see a passage i'm trying with a 208 Caravan....follow the river west until you see the very lofty Piz Mundin near the city of Nauders climb to 5500ft to enter Resia Pass, it's down hill all the way through the Alps.
