HI, last friday I parchased directly from PMDG webpage the 737-800 base pack. My payment went through perfectly, I've e en checked On my bank statement, and PMDG send me a receipt, the thing is that I never received a download link nor a registration number or serial code.

 

Please help, I've tryied to reach PMDG since friday and no one answers.

Anuar, the only way to reach PMDG directly is by creating a trouble ticket at their support portal: support.precisionmanuals.com.

 

You should have received an automatically generated email confirming your order with a download link. Check your spam filter.

 

Please log in to your PMDG eCommerce account (REGISTER/LOGIN upper right corner) and select View Previous Orders. This will give you a list of your orders, from which you can select order details. The order details include your download link.

Which method did you try to contact us?

 

As mentioned on our website, there are only two avenues for support:

• User to user support, which is what this forum is for; and
• The official support portal using the link in my signature

Hi, I used both ways that you mention, first the ticket and theta this forum.

 

I've checked my spam Mail and theres nothing there.

 

I was hoping soneone could trace my payment and send me the download link to my Mail.

 

The trouble ticket says "waiting for agent"

Did  you check your  account  in the pmdg  store  it  should  be  there   since  if  you need  to re download  again  all you need  to do is  just go  to your  account

Pete, there's nothing inside my account, the "view previous orders" menu is empty.

Actually I am not re-downloading 'cause i've never downloaded anything.

I just purchased, for the first time in PMDG last friday.

 

I'm waiting for an agent to take over my case, ill keep you posted.

Hi everyone, just posting an update of the situation

 

Half hour ago and 3 tickets later my order appeared under the "previous ordes" menu but status is pending so I still cant download my plane.

 

Hoping this is just part of PMDG team just processing my payment. I´ll post tomorrow if anything changes.
