My payment went through perfectly, I've e en checked On my bank statement, and PMDG send me a receipt, the thing is that I never received a download link nor a registration number or serial code. December 13, 201510 yr Anuar, the only way to reach PMDG directly is by creating a trouble ticket at their support portal: support.precisionmanuals.com. You should have received an automatically generated email confirming your order with a download link. Check your spam filter. Please log in to your PMDG eCommerce account (REGISTER/LOGIN upper right corner) and select View Previous Orders. This will give you a list of your orders, from which you can select order details. December 14, 201510 yr Author Pete, there's nothing inside my account, the "view previous orders" menu is empty. Actually I am not re-downloading 'cause i've never downloaded anything. I just purchased, for the first time in PMDG last friday. I'm waiting for an agent to take over my case, ill keep you posted. Thanks again and great flying week.
December 14, 201510 yr Author Hi everyone, just posting an update of the situation Half hour ago and 3 tickets later my order appeared under the "previous ordes" menu but status is pending so I still cant download my plane. Hoping this is just part of PMDG team just processing my payment. I´ll post tomorrow if anything changes. Good luck to all Anuar Tanus
