ORBX Airport Migration to P3DV3?

Recommended Posts

I have searched but cannot find a specific reference to a tool or process to convert ORBX airports for use in P3D. The ORBX internal conversion process is spotty.

There is none. Orbx are converting them for free as they go. Be patient.

Orbx has already made installers for a lot of their products, so check their site and they have all the ones listed that are ready for P3D v3.0, hopefully with the release of P3D v3.1 today those installers will work!

Only about half of my airports are usable. I am not looking for a formal converter but a step/step process to make the airports work in P3DV.2. I do not care if things like Object Flow work.

I know the usual council of patience but without any published plan (which is next and so on) my patience is fading. I have no problem with XML or any other language if someone has already found the magic will get my airports working.

What's the rush? ORBX have been more than generous and have not charged a single dollar for FSX:SE, P3D1, P3D2 or P3D3 installers/patches for their products - unlike many other developers.
