I use an Xbox 360 controller for this. Works 

 

I also use an Xbox controller which i assign through OpusFSI.  Works well.

I guess I'm in the minority here, but considering what the avatar is, it is in no way comparable to a properly done first person / third person implementation.  I only state this, because if everyone just accepts what we have, there's no incentive for LM to improve it - and in my opinion, it could definitely use improvement.  I'm guessing that they eventually will, considering the simulation level / control available in other military / pseudo-military simulations.

I agree Jimmy, but before that happens I think you'd need to see a whole different graphics engine to make it even remotely interesting to run around. The flat blurry ground of P3D, and the ugly low-res autogen isn't exactly immersive once you leave the area of the high detailed addon airports.

I tried the Avatar, but I must say that I prefer EZDOK. Any ideas for ground vehicles with VC?
