There is only one slight problem. The fact is that mr "HAWKMAN" is not alone on this, cause I too have or had a serious problem with Level-D. I was banned from their SUPPORT forum after I posted some messages, urging them to bring out an interim patch. I must admit, that, although i was very upset and not happy with their product I used some strong statements. I am, still today, very sorry for that and they have come a long way on a polished product. I refrained from posting anymore harmfull threads, only for a lot of happy customers which deserve the right to remain that way. Fact remains that there are allready two very unhappy customers made from very blunt responses by the developers / beta-testers on their respected forums. As for the comparison between the level-D 767 and the PMDG 744, there is none. both are two very highres aircraft simulations, BUT, the 744 is IMHO in another laegue, because of some grounbreaking features not seen in a sim before and of the WOW-factor I did NOT had when i bought the 767. For all who are interested; I did ask my money back from Flight1 and they gave me my money back, so, in that respect, yes, you can't go wrong with the level-D, as if only for the excellent policy of FLIGHT1!!just my 2 cents

ROFL.......LMAO......some people need to get a live. Good example of how people just come on here to complain about something or act like a jerk for thier own wierdo pleasure. Priceless...-=MAB=-

I have to agree that some of the responses to posts, questions and complaints that I have read, I would consider a bit on the abrasive side. I work for a very techically oriented company and I could never take a position that might be perceived as talking down to the customer. I don't think having a great product, gives company reps, in whatever their capacity, the right to disregard common courtesy when answering comments or questions. I was a bit surprised at seeing the tone of a few of these comments, since I had met several of the Level D people at the show and they seemed to be a very friendly and helpful group of folks. Just something to think about........

Now, who needs to get a live "MAB", using all your forum tech shorts for "Rolling On The Flour Laughing" and "Laughing My #### Off"LOL!

"urging" is not the word I would use in reference to said post which led to you being banned from the site.

Have you got any idea of what went on at that time?Even the word urging is a harsh word compared to the very diplomatic language I used, only thing was.... I was direct, in a friendly, non-abusive way. Maybe I should have been more harsh or used faul-words, like a LOT of people are using in this community, be it in a disclosed way, like LMAO.... laughing my #### off... TSSSSSSSSSSSSS. SHAME ON YOU!

Seeing that the thread has run its course and that attention is beginning to stray from the usual respectful tone we all share with each other :) I will lock the thread now.-John
