Uninstall it if it bothers you :- Control Panel/Programs & Features/View Installed Updates(top left hand corner)/Security Update for Micrrofoft Windows(KB3139929)

Arnie....if it ain't broke, don't fix it...

I make sure to read every KB article now. MS behavior is borderline unethical in my view.
